TERMS OF SALE

In placing an order on our website it indicated your interest in purchasing our items. Please be aware that we are only able to fulfil orders for items that are currently in stock and available at the prices specified. In the event that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, delayed, or priced differently than indicated on your order, we will promptly notify you via email using the address provided during the ordering process. If we do not respond, we will fulfil the remaining items on your order. Please note that we will not substitute any product without your explicit permission.

We have taken great care to accurately display the colours of our products on Heathe. However, please understand that the colours may vary depending on the camera and computer monitor used to view them. As such, we cannot guarantee that the colours on your monitor will match the actual product.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send an acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received it. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A purchase agreement will only be established after we have approved your payment and debited your credit or debit card. Once we have fulfilled your order, we will send you the shipping information, including your tracking details.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund, you can do so within two hours of placing the order. Simply send an email to info@heathe.co.uk with “Cancel” and your order number in the subject line. 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

We strive to offer our customers accurate and up-to-date information on our website, including details, descriptions, and prices of our goods and services. However, there may be instances where errors occur despite our best efforts.

If we identify an error in pricing, we will promptly notify you and take appropriate corrective action, which may include cancelling your order or adjusting the price. Please note that we reserve the right to modify the number of goods or services offered, remove or alter them, and update information without prior notice.

In the event of a price change, we regret that we will be unable to reimburse payment for goods if the order has already been placed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline any orders if there are errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information on our website concerning pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. We are committed to providing our customers with a fair and transparent shopping experience, and we appreciate your trust and loyalty.

Additional Charges

once your parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient will be liable for any customs or import duties that may be charged. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate their amount as customs policies vary widely from country to country. As such, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that in the event that you are unavailable to receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left to arrange for redelivery or collection.

We would also like to inform you that Shipping and Returns postage fees are non-refundable.

It is important to note that our website charges in GBP (Pounds). Any currency conversions displayed on the site are only estimates, and the charges will still be processed in GBP. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you in the future.

Discount Codes

 Please note that only one promotion code can be applied per order. Once an order has been placed, promotion codes cannot be used, even if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please check the promotional newsletter for any additional terms and conditions.

DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery

Charge: Free (subject to change)

UK Standard Delivery ensures that your order will be delivered within a period of 3-5 working days from the date of order placement. Within this specified timeframe, you will receive a shipping notification. While it is generally expected that you will receive your delivery within 1-2 working days, it is advisable to allow for a maximum of 5 working days for the order to be successfully delivered.

It is important to note that a signature will be required upon receipt of the delivery. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to accept the package at the designated delivery address. If you are unable to personally receive the parcel, a delivery card will be left to facilitate the arrangement of redelivery or collection.

Kindly be aware that deliveries cannot be made on bank holidays. In such instances, please anticipate the arrival of your delivery on the next working day.

International Delivery

Charge: Free (subject to change)

Delivery of the ordered items will be completed within a timeframe of 3 to 5 working days from the date of order placement.

RETURNS

For merchandise returns, it is required that the items be returned in their original condition, which includes being unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Additionally, the tags must remain attached. Returns should be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

To ensure the efficient processing of returns, please include the returns form within the parcel. Failure to include the returns form or order details may result in delays and we cannot guarantee that the return will be processed within the designated 10-14 working day timeframe.

In the case of international returns, any customs or import duties incurred will be the responsibility of the sender, unless the returned item is found to be faulty. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. Customs regulations vary significantly from one country to another, so it may be advisable to consult your local customs office for further information.

REFUNDS

Upon completion of the return process, your refund will be processed within a timeframe of 10-14 working days. However, it is important to note that we retain the right to reject any returns if it is determined that the merchandise does not meet the criteria for a valid return.

Please be aware that the time it takes for the refunded funds to appear in your banking statement may range from 3-5 working days. We regret to inform you that this timeframe is beyond our control and is dependent on your banking service provider. Kindly consider this when expecting the funds to be reflected in your account. It is important to note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
