Please e-mail info@heathe.co.uk stating your ORDER NUMBER in the subject box (please do not reply to confirmation emails). Please allow up to 48 hours during weekdays, and 72 hours over the weekend for your enquiry to be replied to. Longer period during the seasonal holidays.

To cancel orders please notify the customer care team within 2 hours of ordering.

We are available from Monday- Friday 09:30-18:00 (excluding bank holidays)
